this is the first draft of my music magazine called "output". i have tried to make it appeal to my target audiance by using different fonts and colours. this is just an all round music magazine as it cover all types of music genres.

contents page re-done

i have re-done my contents page and have listened to my focus group
of what they think would improve the contenst page. i have tried to
make it less masculin by changing the back ground to a light blue, i
have made most of the pictures the same size mage the words
contents page and the page number bigger so people knowhere to go.

I have asked a focus group to comment on my contents page and see how i could improve it to mytarget audiance and this is what they came up with.

• too masculin
• pictures are good
• the words contents page needs to be bigger
• could make some of the pictures the same size
• page numbers could be bigger

front cover new design

this is my new front cover which i have re-designed to listen to my focus group. I have made the name of the magazine bigger so it is clear what it is called, i have got rid of the boxes around the writing, however i have kept the same size of the pictures and linked the picture at the bottom to the free poster.

i have asked people to focus on my front cover and this is the feedback i have recieved, and what i will change on my cover.

• consistant colour

this is the first draft of my contents page. i will look to modify it with the feedback i get. i could look to put more pictures in there or even change the background to a more brighter colour.

This is the first draft of my front cover, i have put in what i think people would want to read about and have tried using bright colours to make it appeal to my target audiance. I will be looking at different magazines to try and improve it, and i will be using the feedback i get form my questionnaire.
